La plancha ENO Tribù porta in coperta il tipo di cottura alla piastra tipico dei ristoranti all’aperto, con una superficie che scalda in modo uniforme invece di creare punti troppo caldi o troppo tiepidi. La piastra in ghisa smaltata è rimovibile e può essere portata direttamente in tavola per servire, oltre a essere più semplice da pulire rispetto a una piastra fissa.Bruciatore tubolare in acciaio inox con accensione elettronica, termocoppia di sicurezza che chiude il gas se la fiamma si spegne, telaio in acciaio inossidabile 304L. The ENO Tribù plancha brings the flat-plate cooking style of outdoor restaurants on deck, with a surface that heats evenly instead of creating hot and cold spots. The enamelled cast-iron plate is removable and can be brought straight to the table for serving, as well as being easier to clean than a fixed plate.Stainless steel tubular burner with electronic ignition, safety thermocouple that shuts off the gas if the flame goes out, 304L stainless steel frame.
